But if we stop at the adventures of the languid Don Quixote de la Mancha and his squire Sancho that have written infinite words, some of which show the historic value of the work for understanding what these knights used to eat.

Our menu consists of local dishes and international cuisine made from fresh raw materials of a high quality.
Within the restaurant we have four different areas:

- Salón Sancho
- Salón Don Quixote
- Salón Camaranchón (Attic)
In these areas the customer can enjoy our daily menu, our weekend and holiday menu or our normal menu with a great variety of selected quality products, that always satisfy the most sophisticated palates of our customers.
